An extended hot and humid season is here to stay in India for some more time. This season though has longer daylight hours for kids to play but the changing season can sometimes be a cause of discomfort for kids. They like to play & move around but sweat and skin rashes can trouble them. Same is true in my son’s case.
My son, Riaan, has just started to crawl and hence he wants to go places and play with anything & everything that excites him. Making him sit in one place under the fan or locked in air-conditioned room is practically impossible for me. So in his best interest, I prefer to dress him light.
Sleeveless T-shirt teemed with Shorts/ Bermuda is my pick to dress him up with. This type of dressing allows good air flow especially in areas like armpits and diaper area.
Recently, I did some shopping for Riaan from Jabong.com, keeping in mind the ongoing humid weather. I got for him a bermuda, a pair of shorts and a smart sleeveless tee of Gini & Jony brand.
What I like about this brand’s clothes is that the material is comforting and the clothes are bright in terms of colour & designs, just perfect to suit my son’s beaming nature.
Usually, I prefer Carter’s brand of onesies and to match, I pair them with comfortable trousers but these particular clothes from Gini & Jony did entice me enough so as to buy plus the current sale going on at Jabong.com worked as an icing on the cake.
