For preparing this tea, you need Coriander (Dhaniya) Seeds, Cumin (Jeera) Seeds, Big Fennel Seeds (Moti Saunf) all in 1/4th tsp quantity. Along with this add 1/2 inch Cinamon stick and 1 cup water.
Brew the water after putting all the 4 spices in it and let it boil for good 2-3 minutes. A slight change in colour will indicate the tea is ready for consumption. For making Turmeric Tea, in a cup of water add 1/2 Tsp. Turmeric powder, a pinch of black pepper powder, 1/2 Tsp. grated fresh ginger or ginger powder. Once the colour is little changed then pour it in a cup without seiving (recommended but optional). Now add 1/2 tsp lemon juice and a little honey.
