4 Spices Herbal Tea Blend

For preparing this tea, you need Coriander (Dhaniya) Seeds, Cumin (Jeera) Seeds, Big Fennel Seeds (Moti Saunf) all in 1/4th tsp quantity. Along with this add 1/2 inch Cinamon stick and 1 cup water.

Brew the water after putting all the 4 spices in it and let it boil for good 2-3 minutes. A slight change in colour will indicate the tea is ready for consumption. Sieve the tea and have it when it is lukewarm. One can have this tea in the morning or after main meals for better digestion of the food.

Herbal Tea #2:

Turmeric Tea

This is the latest trending tea recipe that has garnered limelight because of its effectiveness in weight loss and the simple recipe for making it. This tea acts towards increasing your metabolism and thereby resulting in weight loss.

For making Turmeric Tea, in a cup of water add 1/2 Tsp. Turmeric powder, a pinch of black pepper powder, 1/2 Tsp. grated fresh ginger or ginger powder. This tea can be consumed after every main meal in the day but for nursing mothers, this tea should be consumed once a day. Alternatively, Cayenne pepper (red chilli powder) can be used instead of Black pepper powder. Brew this tea for 3-5 minutes and then consume it when it is lukewarm. This tea is also effective for those people who have Thyroid ailment. The tea should be consumed after half an hour of eating the main meal.

Herbal Tea #3:

Lemon & Jeera Tea

Lemon is one of the most impportant ingredient that works towards cutting fat. This is also why for weightloss lemon is commonly suggested to be incorporated in all food consumed, infused water and teas. Jeera or Cumin seeds too works towards reducing belly fat, acidity, and good digestion.

For making the Lemon & Jeera Tea, take one cup water and to it add 1/2 tsp Jeera or Cumin seeds let it boil for about 2-3 minutes. Once the colour is little changed then pour it in a cup without seiving (recommended but optional). Now add 1/2 tsp lemon juice and a little honey. Mix and drink the tea at night just before going to bed. This tea not only ensures a slimmer you but also is a great solution to sleepless nights.
